AI Transformation Manager

We are hiring an AI Transformation Manager for a Brussels-based consulting firm specialising in financial services. The role focuses on accelerating AI adoption in banking and insurance through training, strategy, and hands-on project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver AI/GenAI workshops and training.
• Identify and refine AI use cases (HR, IT, Data, Risk, core banking).
• Support development of AI assistants, copilots, and automation tools.
• Lead digital & AI strategies and transformation projects.
• Track adoption and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years’ experience in financial services/banking.
• Strong interest in AI, digital strategy, and innovation.
• Background in operations, IT, HR, data, or risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
• Familiar with digital banking and AI tools.
