Business Development Manager

The Company:

A rapidly growing deep-tech scale-up in the construction and infrastructure space are looking for a Business Development Manager to help scale commercial growth across the Benelux region.

The company develops high-precision technology combining advanced hardware with powerful software analytics, used by construction companies, engineers and infrastructure owners to monitor structural movement.

Following strong product-market fit and recent funding round, they are now expanding their commercial team to accelerate growth.

The Role:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Benelux
• Build relationships with engineering, construction and infrastructure clients
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences
• Work closely with technical teams to deliver consultative solutions

Requirements:

• 3–8 years experience in a commercial or business development role
• Experience selling technical solutions (hardware, software or engineering solutions)
• Background in construction, infrastructure, geospatial, surveying or engineering technology
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
• Fluent Dutch and English.
