My client is on a mission to revolutionise the agricultural supply chain (SaaS) with smarter, faster, and more transparent digital solutions- they are also leveraging AI to do so . They’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who doesn’t just manage accounts, but becomes a true partner to their customers, guiding them through adoption, implementation, and long-term success.

With customers generating revenues from €200M up to €1B, this is a chance to step into a high-impact role where you’ll be instrumental in ensuring smooth delivery, strong adoption, and lasting success within the SaaS space.

The Role:

• 🤝Be the trusted partner for high-value customers, ensuring smooth onboarding, adoption, and long-term success.
• 📊Own project delivery, coordinating timelines, aligning stakeholders, and making every implementation a win.
• 💡Spot opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, driving growth while adding real value to customers.
• 🎤Lead engaging product demos and showcase how the platform transforms their business.
• 🔄Feed customer insights directly into the roadmap, shaping the future of the product.

You'll be a good fit if you have....

• 3–5 years’ experience in Customer Success.
• Strong project management skills, structured, organised, delivery-focused
• A true customer-first mentality with commercial awareness
• Skilled communicator, able to bridge tech and business conversations
• Fluent English, with a command in dutch (not a necessity).
• Hybrid mindset, 2 days per week in the Amsterdam office, with occasional travel
