Enterprise Account Executive – Northern Europe

Their enterprise platform enables some of the world's leading manufacturers to capture operational knowledge, empower frontline teams, improve productivity and drive continuous improvement across their operations.

Following significant growth and continued investment, they are looking to hire an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business across Northern Europe. This is an opportunity to join a business operating at the intersection of manufacturing, digital transformation and AI, helping some of the world's most established industrial organisations modernise how their people work.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll own your territory across Northern Europe, taking responsibility for identifying, engaging and winning new enterprise customers across manufacturing and industrial markets.

Working with senior operational and executive stakeholders, you'll lead complex, consultative sales cycles, helping organisations solve challenges around workforce productivity, knowledge transfer, operational excellence and digital transformation.

You'll have the support of pre-sales, marketing, customer success and leadership teams, alongside the autonomy to build and execute your own territory strategy.

What They're Looking For

• 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
• A proven track record of winning new business and closing complex enterprise deals.
• Experience selling SaaS into manufacturing or industrial.
• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex buying organisations.
• Experience operating across Northern European markets; relevant regional language skills are a plus.
