Financial Controller

Your mission: As Head of Controlling, you will be responsible for the strategic development and management of the controlling landscape. You will lead the Controlling team, optimize budgeting and planning processes, and establish a comprehensive system of key performance indicators. Your role involves creating transparent reports and analyses for management, ensuring data quality, and acting as a strategic partner to help achieve company goals.

Your profile: You have over 5 years of experience in controlling or FP&A, including team leadership. You have hands-on experience with Power BI or similar tools to build and maintain reporting dashboards and data pipelines. You have strong analytical skills and are fluent in both German and English. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
