Founding Account Executive

The Opportunity

We are a fast-growing, well-funded startup building the foundational data layer that every AI drug discovery platform will run on. Backed by an NVIDIA VP and partnering with top-tier AI labs and global pharma companies, we are operating at the most exciting intersection of AI and biotech.

We are looking for a Founding Business Development / Partnerships Lead (with the potential for a VP title for the right candidate) to hunt new business and own our revenue engine. If you know how to sell expert data and data annotation to the world's most advanced AI labs, we want you on our founding team.

What You Will Do

• Hunt & Close: Drive end-to-end sales cycles, closing high-value deals with global AI labs and enterprise pharma companies for expert data and complex data annotation services.
• Hit the Ground Running: Leverage your existing network and deep industry knowledge to start bringing in new business and driving revenue from day one.
• Strategic Partnerships: Architect and negotiate long-term, strategic data partnerships that position our platform as the go-to data layer for AI-driven drug discovery.
• Shape the GTM Strategy: As a founding member, you will build our sales playbook, define our market positioning, and help scale the commercial team.

Who You Are

• The AI Data Expert: You have a proven, elite track record of selling expert data, RLHF, or data annotation services to global AI labs.
• The Life Sciences Advantage: You ideally have experience selling into healthcare, biotech, or life sciences.
• A True Founder: You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ambition startup environment. You don't need a massive sales ops team behind you to close enterprise deals.
