Frontend Developer – React / React Native

London, UK (Hybrid 3 days a week in office)

An award-winning AI company at the cutting edge of natural language processing and data visualisation is looking for a Front-End Developer to join their growing team. This business works on complex knowledge aggregation and insight discovery challenges, and builds visually striking user experiences that sit on top of powerful machine learning models.

You’ll join a small, agile team of engineers and designers, contributing to the development of web and mobile applications used by clients across multiple industries. The company culture is highly collaborative, technical, and fast-moving – ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with peers and bringing elegant frontend solutions to life.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing modern, responsive front-end applications using React.js, React Native, Expo, and Redux
• Collaborating with the Lead Visual Designer to craft a consistent and intuitive UI/UX
• Building and maintaining scalable applications hosted on AWS
• Writing high-quality, well-tested, version-controlled code using Git
• Staying up to date with the latest front-end frameworks and practices

What experience you will have

• Strong experience building production-ready apps with React.js and ideally React Native
• Deep understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience using Git/GitHub in a team environment
• Good grasp of cross-browser compatibility, performance optimisation, and responsive design
• Comfortable pairing with designers and developers in a collaborative team
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
