In a Mid-stage start-up in the legal tech industry, you'll be supporting the Marketing Manager in the delivery of the overall strategy enabling them to gain competitive advantage in the legal industry.

The successful candidate will be committed to excellence and be able to build relationships with other businesses. Working in a fast-paced environment the ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to happily change task focus when required. They are expanding our marketing team and are looking for a passionate and creative individual to join their growing team.

Your responsibilities:

Graphic Designs: Create marketing materials for the business, for clients and for product development. Developing visual assets to support a marketing campaign.

Design bespoke Mobile Apps for Clients: Design Client App icons, splash screens and marketing packs to help promote the app.

Concept Planning: Develop concepts for different projects and illustrate by designing rough layout of art and copy.

Global Website Management: Manage and update our existing global sites (UK, AU, US) with both content and layout changes.

Website Monitoring: Monitor our global websites to ensure they are working efficiently and loading quickly. Also respond to error codes and troubleshoot problems.

Internal Workflow Development: Working with the marketing executive to design and develop internal workflows.

Managing Work: Effectively managing one’s time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently using the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Applied Learning: Ability to apply continuous legal industry knowledge. Training is provided but the ideal candidate must be able to develop their personal industry knowledge to a high level.

Technical/Professional Knowledge: High level of design knowledge and keeping on top of developments and improvements within the industry.

Results Driven: Motivated, proactive personality with attention to detail and an appetite to learn quickly. We are looking for a self-starter with a continuous desire for development.

Creative Thinker: Ability to present new and exciting ideas that can help push the business forward.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in designing, building, and managing Webflow websites necessary.

Adobe creative suite expertise with exceptional creativity and innovation in designs to keep up with the fast-growing company.

High level proficiency in Canva.

UI/UX knowledge and experience desirable.

Some PHP experience desired but not necessary as you will also have the opportunity to work alongside a full team of PHP Software Engineers who work on the companies SaaS platform.

Some hosting experience desired but not necessary as the internal team manages the hosting environment on which the site resides.

Some SEO experience desired but not essential as you will have the opportunity to work with SEO consultants and implement their requirements.

Video editing experience desirable but not essential.

Working knowledge of MS office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
