About the role:

Are you an experienced PPC professional ready to take the next step into a leadership role?

You will lead the PPC team, oversee key client accounts and shape the strategic direction of the agency's paid media offering. You'll combine team leadership with hands-on strategic input, client management and new business support.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor and develop the PPC team.
• Set the strategy, goals and KPIs for the PPC function.
• Oversee campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and paid social.
• Manage high-value client accounts and deliver against ROAS, CPA and revenue targets.
• Analyse performance data and identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and paid media strategies.
• Build strong senior-level client relationships and provide strategic advice.
• Support pitches and new business opportunities.
• Stay ahead of PPC trends, tools and emerging technologies.
• Report on PPC performance and opportunities to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years' PPC experience
• Strong Google Ads, Google Analytics and paid media experience.
• Excellent analytical and strategic skills.
• Proven experience managing and developing a PPC team.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple high-value accounts.
• Commercial, results-driven and innovative mindset.

Salary & benefits:

• £55,000 per year, depending on experience.
