🚀 IT Business Systems Lead

We’re looking for an experienced IT Business Systems Lead with strong ERP administration and MS SQL expertise to take ownership of core business systems within a growing international manufacturing group.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role reporting to the Finance Director, focused on improving, integrating, and optimising business-critical systems.

🔧 Key Focus Areas:

• ERP Administration (Syspro preferred) – configuration, user management, optimisation, enhancement
• MS SQL Server – queries, views, stored procedures, performance support
• Systems Integration – connecting ERP with other business applications
• Project Leadership – leading system upgrades, improvements, and implementations
• Demonstrated problem-solving in managing complex software systems

📌 Additional Experience:

• SharePoint / document management systems
• Windows Server & Active Directory
• Microsoft 365
• Basic infrastructure knowledge (networks, backups, DR)
