€60K OTE (60% Basic /40% Variable)

The Role:

My rapidly scaling client based in Amsterdam is looking for multiple Account Managers to join their team, on track to double their revenue in the next 18 months.

Whether you’re early in your career or already have some client-facing experience, this role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people, building trust, and creating meaningful professional relationships. If you understand what hard work looks like this could be perfect.

You don’t need years of experience for this role, what matters most is your mindset. If you’re confident, curious, motivated, and enjoy engaging with senior decision-makers, you’ll thrive here. Candidates coming from hospitality, recruitment, events, or any people-focused role do especially well.

What I am looking for:

• A natural people-person who enjoys conversations and building trust.
• Confident communicator with a proactive, positive attitude.
• Curious, organised, and resilient, you don’t give up easily
• Comfortable with outreach (calls, messages, video)
• Fluent in Dutch & English
• Preferably a completed bachelor’s degree (Business, Communications, Hospitality, HR, International Studies, or similar, but not mandatory if your mindset fits)
