Operations Analyst

We are actively hiring a Pension Operations Analyst for a key client within the Pension and Financial Services Domain.

Salary highly negotiable dependent on level of experience within the Pension domain

Location: 1 day a week in Amsterdam - rest remote

A large organisation within the pension and financial services sector is seeking a Pension Operations Analyst with strong pension domain expertise and solid IT knowledge.

The role sits within a Mobile Apps team and focuses on bridging business requirements and technical implementation. You will be the primary analytical lead in the team, combining functional analysis with involvement in technical testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional analysis within the pension domain
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Analyse and review APIs
• Support and partially execute technical testing
• Act as the main analytical contact within the Agile team
• Ensure optimal solutions across pension processes and technical systems

Requirements

• Strong pension domain knowledge (essential)
• Combination of functional and technical IT expertise
• Experience with API analysis and testing
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Dutch language proficiency (required)
