Performance Marketing Manager

📍Location: West Sussex (Hybrid, 3 days in office)

💰Salary: Up to £45k+ DOE

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead PPC strategy across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns, helping clients achieve measurable growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading PPC strategy, audits, and optimisations across Google Ads
• Presenting performance insights and growth opportunities to clients
• Collaborating with SEO, content, and dev teams on joined-up digital solutions
• Supporting pitches and new business opportunities
• Mentoring junior PPC execs and refining team processes

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience running Google Ads campaigns (agency-side ideal)
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to link PPC strategy to business goals
• Confident with GA4, Tag Manager, SEMrush (bonus: SEO knowledge, WordPress/Shopify)
• Great communicator with client-facing experience
