The Opportunity
Join one of the fastest-growing international Managed IT Services providers globally as they continue to invest heavily across Europe.
With the backing of a global organisation and the agility of a scale-up, you'll play a key role in supporting enterprise customers across the Netherlands, helping them maximise the value of their cloud, infrastructure, networking and cybersecurity solutions.
This is a highly strategic Customer Success role where you'll become a trusted advisor, not just another point of contact.
What You'll Be Doing
Working alongside two experienced Account Managers, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of around 60 strategic customers.
You'll be responsible for:
Success is measured by customer satisfaction, retention and strategic partnership, not cold calling or hunting for new business.
What We're Looking For
You'll have 4+ years' experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management or Service Delivery within an MSP, IT Services or Cloud environment.
You'll be comfortable discussing cloud, infrastructure, networking or cybersecurity solutions and have experience managing executive customer relationships.
