The role (and why it’s exciting)

This isn’t a “smile-and-dial” SDR role.

You’ll be:

Working high-intent inbound and outbound leads tied to real sustainability triggers
Running discovery and qualification calls with serious buyers
Owning pipeline end-to-end, not just booking meetings
Working directly with the founders to shape messaging, ICP, and sales process.

You’ll have real ownership from day one, and strong performance will open the door to an Account Executive role within 6 months as the team scales.
