Senior C#.NET Developer

We're working with a growing software consultancy that delivers custom digital solutions for a range of well-known organizations. As a Senior .NET Developer, you'll combine hands-on development with technical leadership, client collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

What you'll be doing

• Designing, building, and delivering robust, scalable .NET applications.
• Acting as a technical advisor, helping clients translate business requirements into effective software solutions.
• Taking ownership of technical decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Leading development teams and promoting engineering best practices.
• Mentoring junior and mid-level developers through coaching and technical guidance.
• Supporting technical interviews and helping shape the engineering team.
• Creating technical documentation, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Contributing to internal improvements, engineering standards, and development processes.

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years' experience as a .NET Developer.

Strong experience with:

C#

.NET / ASP.NET

Azure

Solid understanding of:

Test-Driven Development (TDD)

CI/CD pipelines

Software quality and incident prevention

• Experience leading projects or mentoring developers is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is required
