Senior Engineer - High Voltage Cable Design

Overview:

Design and analyze high-voltage underground cable systems (69kV-500kV). Lead a team of engineers, collaborate with sales, project management, and manufacturing, and ensure safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design HV cable systems, accessories, and grounding schemes.
• Lead engineering team and mentor junior engineers.
• Support proposals, specifications, and technical presentations.
• Solve manufacturing and installation issues.
• Conduct R&D and present findings to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering + 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of HV cable systems, industry standards (ICEA, IEEE), and relevant software (AutoCAD, Matlab, SolidWorks).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
