Senior Frontend Engineer

My client is a small, fast-moving team building infrastructure that's changing how a high-stakes industry operates. Think complex real-time systems, serious scale ambitions, and a product that people actually rely on every day.

They're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who takes real ownership of what they ship. You'll be one of the early voices on the frontend and have a direct line to the founders.

What the role looks like:

You'll work primarily in React and TypeScript, building and owning product surfaces that need to be fast, reliable, and clean. Their stack leans modern, you'll feel at home if you've worked in component-driven systems, thought hard about state management, and cared about the gap between design and implementation.

Who they're looking for:

6+ years of frontend experience, with strong React and TypeScript as your foundation. You know what good looks like in code quality, UX, and team culture. Startup experience is a plus; they move quickly and expect you to as well.

The package:

Base between $175K–$275K depending on experience, with meaningful equity. The role is 5 days in-person in NYC or SF — this is a team that builds better together in the same room.
