Senior Software Engineer

A growing tech company is hiring a Staff Python Engineer to work on a data-intensive platform used by enterprise customers. This is a hands-on, senior IC role for someone who wants to go deep on backend and data problems and own real architectural decisions.

The work involves processing large volumes of data, building reliable backend services, and shipping new functionality that customers depend on. If you enjoy scale, clean systems, and solving hard problems end to end, you'll like this one.

What you'll do

• Write clean, high-performance, maintainable Python
• Design and build backend services and data pipelines
• Take features from design through to production
• Work cross-functionally to meet business and compliance requirements
• Support testing, deployment, and code reviews

What we're looking for

• Strong Python and several years building large-scale applications
• Experience with data-heavy systems (ingestion, processing, storage)
• Comfort owning design decisions and building from the ground up
• Solid communication and a collaborative mindset
• CS degree or equivalent practical experience
