What You’ll Do:

🔹 Design & scale a high-performance platform for private capital transactions

🔹 Architect & optimize backend services, APIs, and integrations

🔹 Implement AI-driven intelligence layers and automation workflows

🔹 Own technical strategy, security, and compliance for a fintech platform handling sensitive financial data

🔹 Work directly with the founding team to shape the product roadmap

Who You Are:

✔️ 7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience

✔️ Strong backend skills (Django, PostgreSQL) with frontend sensibilities (Next.js, React)

✔️ Passionate about data-driven platforms, AI/ML, and fintech innovation

✔️ Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving startup environment
