🏢 About the Role: We are an innovative tech company looking for a Software Architect to guide the technical future of our core platform. In this role, you will:

• Drive our long-term technical strategy and translate complex requirements into robust, scalable designs.
• Focus on vision, architecture, performance, security, and quality assurance, rather than daily coding.
• Establish coding standards and take a leading role within the development team.
• Collaborate closely with the Team Lead to mentor developers, conduct evaluations, and help colleagues grow.
• Work alongside consultants, IT specialists, and solution architects to align technical and business goals.

🎯 What You Bring:

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a strong focus on solutions and architecture.
• Deep expertise in .NET / C# and the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Experience working with NoSQL databases.
• A proven track record of leading or guiding technical teams.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
