My client is helping solve that problem.


Their enterprise platform enables some of the world's largest manufacturers and industrial organisations to capture knowledge, empower frontline teams, improve operational performance, and accelerate continuous improvement across global operations.


Following significant growth and continued investment across Europe, they are looking to hire a German-speaking Enterprise/ Strategic Account Executive to drive new business across the DACH region. This is an opportunity to join a business operating at the intersection of Manufacturing, Digital Transformation, and AI.


What You'll Be Doing


You'll own the DACH territory, taking responsibility for identifying, engaging, and winning new enterprise customers across manufacturing and industrial markets.


Working with senior operational and executive stakeholders, you'll lead complex consultative sales cycles, helping organisations solve challenges around workforce productivity, knowledge transfer, operational excellence, and digital transformation.


You'll be supported by pre-sales, marketing, customer success, and leadership teams, while having the autonomy to build and execute your own territory strategy.


What They're Looking For

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience
  • Proven success winning new business and closing complex enterprise deals
  • Fluent German and English
  • Experience selling into SaaS (manufacturing, industrial, energy, utilities, engineering, or field-service environments).
