The Company:

My client is a Dutch SaaS scale-up making a big impact in healthcare. Their platform enables healthcare organisations to better manage operations, streamline staffing, and reduce complexity, creating more efficiency across the system.

With strong growth and over 50 organisations already onboard, they’re now hiring an Account Manager to own client relationships, drive adoption, and support further expansion across the Netherlands.

The Role:

• 🤝 Be the first point of contact for a growing portfolio of healthcare clients.
• 📊 Build long-term relationships with stakeholders.
• 💡 Understand client challenges and advise on the best use of the platform.
• 🎤 Deliver demos, provide training, and lead contract renewals/negotiations.
• 🔄 Spot opportunities for upsell/cross-sell and translate insights into account plans.
• 🚀 Partner with the leadership team to shape the account management function from the ground up.

What I'm looking for:

• 🗣️Fluent Dutch proficiency.
• ✅3-5 years experience within Account Management (SaaS/Software).
• 💰Proven ability to manage complex B2B clients and upsell/renew accounts.
• 🩹 Experience in healthcare, HR tech, staffing or enterprise SaaS is a big plus.
