BAW Developer / IBM Developer

💶 Up to €7,000 p/m + profit share, car, pension |

A tight-knit, specialist consultancy is growing fast across Europe — and they’re looking for a Dutch-speaking BAW Developer to join the team. You’ll work on automation-heavy client projects for banks, governments and large corporates, building IBM-based workflow and case management solutions that really move the needle.

🔧 What you’ll do

• Build IBM BAW-based (Business Automation Workflow) solutions to help automate business processes for enterprise clients
• Work directly with customers in Dutch — mostly onsite or hybrid from Utrecht (1–2 days/wk)
• Operate across a small agile team (consultants, installation, development) – full support and mentoring provided
• Manage stakeholder expectations and help translate business goals into technical solutions
• Develop your knowledge across the IBM Digital Business Automation (DBA) product suite
• Option to move into team leadership or customer-side delivery in future

🌱 You’ll fit if you have...

• 3+ years of experience in ECM or IBM DBA tooling
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
• Experience working as a developer, architect, or analyst within SCRUM/Agile teams
• Interest in AI/NLP, automation, and continuous learning — certifications available
