Business Development Manager

Amsterdam | Hybrid

Up to €65K Basic salary + benefits + future stock options.

The Company:

My client is a SaaS scale-up making waves in the healthcare sector. Their platform helps organisations simplify operations, streamline staffing, and reduce complexity, transforming how healthcare runs day to day.

They’re growing fast, with demand skyrocketing across the Netherlands. To fuel this growth, they’re hiring a Business Development Manager who will be at the forefront of bringing new healthcare organisations onto the platform and shaping the next stage of expansion.

The Role:

• 📞Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from opening doors to sealing the deal.
• 🤝Build trust and relationships with senior stakeholders across healthcare.
• 🎤Deliver standout demos and presentations that win buy-in and close business.
• 💡Identify opportunities and tailor smart solutions that solve client challenges.
• 🚀Play a pivotal role in shaping the go-to-market strategy as the company scales.

What I'm looking for:

• 🗣️Fluent Dutch proficiency.
• ✅2–5 years experience in Business Development / SaaS or software sales.
• 💰A proven track record of hitting targets and closing complex B2B deals.
• 🩹Experience in healthcare, HR tech, staffing or enterprise SaaS is a big plus.
• 🔥A true hunter: proactive, persuasive, and driven to make an impact in a scaling environment.
