I’m currently partnered with a leading marketing intelligence software provider who are scaling their client success function to support the onboarding of several major global accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for a Customer Success Manager who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and client relationships.
The company builds software that powers some of the world’s most recognisable brands through their agency partners. Their role is very much the “hero in the background” – ensuring agencies can deliver world-class insights to their end clients. The data you’ll work with is primarily survey-driven (brand tracking, consumer behaviour, etc.), covering extremely complex, high-volume global datasets.
