🗣️ B1 Dutch Speaking Proficiency

I’m currently partnering with a fast-growing data consultancy and software specialist that helps organizations use their data with confidence. By combining scientifically grounded Data Governance expertise with smart technology, they enable better decision-making, higher data quality, and responsible data usage.

They believe that Data Governance is about people, which is why they invest heavily in employee development, autonomy, and well-being.

They’re now looking for a Data Governance Analyst to join their team, someone who enjoys advising organizations, simplifying complex data challenges, and turning strategy into practical, working solutions.

This isn’t just about frameworks and policies. It’s about creating real impact by helping organizations take control of their data and make the right choices for the future.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across business and IT, act as a trusted sparring partner, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Data Governance methodologies and tools.

The successful Data Governance Analyst will need:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g. Business Administration, Information Science, Data Science, or similar).
  • 4-5+ years of relevant experience as a Data Governance Consultant, Data Manager, Business Analyst, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality and Master Data Management.
  • Experience advising organizations and guiding the implementation of frameworks or processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Atleast a B1 Dutch speaking proficiency.

It would be Nice if the Data Governance Analyst also had:

  • Certification in DAMA-DMBOK or related frameworks (e.g. CIMP, DGSP, BABOK)

Benefits for the successful Data Governance Analyst:

  • Attractive Bonus structure on top of Salary.
  • Travel Allowance.
  • Strong focus on personal growth and development.
  • Participation in a structured DAMA-DMBOK program and continuous training.
  • Unlimited vacation days (with responsibility and balance).
  • Flexible working model (hybrid).
  • A culture built on autonomy, trust, and collaboration.
  • Attention to health and well-being, including working out together during office hours.
  • A fun and human workplace — featuring a tea sommelier during office hours and a DJ at Friday drinks 😊.
