Forward Deployed Engineer

About the Company

We are a Y Combinator-backed startup building an AI operating system for consumer lending, backed by prominent investors and executives from major tech companies. We help top mortgage lenders scale their contact center and compliance operations using AI-driven voice agents.

The Role

In this role, you will act as the technical owner and project leader for our most important accounts. You will write production-grade backend and full-stack code using Python, Java, or TypeScript to configure and launch AI agents, integrating them with loan servicing systems and telephony platforms.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with a bias toward outcomes who possess at least 1 year of engineering experience alongside 1 year of customer-facing experience
