Founding Scientific Data Scientist

We are looking for a scientist who is tired of bureaucracy and wants to build critical infrastructure that actually matters. Your work will directly train the AI models designed to discover the next breakthrough drugs.

The Role

We need a scientist who can lead, build systems, and ensure our data remains world-class. In this role, you will:

• Run day-to-day operations across multiple complex, concurrent projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks.
• Own data quality end-to-end, personally examining, validating, and enforcing strict scientific rigor at every stage of the pipeline.
• Manage a distributed network of PhD expert contractors by recruiting, briefing, reviewing, and iterating on their work.
• Translate client scientific needs into precise data specifications while collaborating closely with AI engineering teams to improve generation pipelines.

Who We Are Looking For You are a scientist first, with a builder mentality who obsesses over details and moves fast.

• Education: A PhD in life sciences (e.g., biology, bioinformatics, pharmacology, neuroscience, or related fields) from a highly reputable university.
• Experience: You must have hands-on experience managing expert contributors and owning data quality delivery specifically at an AI training data or tech-enabled scientific data company.
• Skills: Proven ability to run complex projects under real deadline pressure.
• Bonus: Direct domain experience in the pharma or biotech industries is a strong plus.
