Senior Sales Consultant

Zwolle 💰Up to €83K base salary + holiday allowance + 30% uncapped bonus Permanent

A growing Dutch technology consultancy is looking to hire a commercially driven Sales Consultant to support the next phase of growth across consultancy services, software projects, and digital transformation engagements.


The business has built a strong reputation across software engineering, cloud, UX/UI and digital consultancy services and is now evolving further from traditional time & materials offerings towards more project and solution-led delivery.


This hire will play a key role in that commercial evolution.


The company operates within a highly collaborative and energetic environment with a strong regional presence across the East Netherlands market. They are looking for somebody who enjoys being customer-facing, commercially proactive, and heavily involved in relationship-led growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and grow strategic customer relationships across the region
  • Generate new business opportunities and open new accounts
  • Manage and expand existing customer accounts
  • Sell both consultancy services and project-based solutions
  • Work closely with technical consultants and presales teams
  • Drive commercial growth across software and cloud-related offerings
  • Represent the business externally through customer meetings and networking
  • Contribute to the evolution of the commercial strategy as the company scales


🎯What We’re Looking For


  • 5+ years experience within IT services, consultancy or software project sales
  • Strong experience within solution selling or project-based services
  • Experience balancing both new business and account growth
  • Comfortable engaging stakeholders from operational level through to C-suite
  • Strong communication and customer-facing capability
  • Dutch-speaking is essential
  • Located within commuting distance of Zwolle / East Netherlands region

  • Experience selling software development or cloud consultancy services
  • Exposure to both consultancy and project delivery models
  • Experience working alongside technical consultants or presales teams
  • Background within digital consultancy, MSP, software services or engineering consultancy


💰Package


  • Up to €82K on the basic salary + holiday allowance.
  • 30% annual bonus structure
  • Hybrid working model
  • Existing customer accounts combined with new business responsibilities
