The role as an IT Support Engineer:

As an IT Support Engineer / Junior Consultant, you will begin your journey by supporting and managing advanced data capture and workflow environments for a major client. From day one, you’ll step into a structured training and certification program designed to give you deep expertise in automation, ECM, and leading workflow platforms.

As part of an award winning training and development scheme you will:

• Learn and become certified in automation, workflow, and data capture technologies.
• Receive intensive mentoring from senior consultants and participate in hands-on client projects.
• Transition from IT support into a full-fledged specialist consultant role.

By the end of your training path, you’ll be a certified specialist ready to take on bigger responsibilities—whether as a consultant, solution designer, or even in leadership roles.

What the successful IT Support Engineer will need:

• Fluent in Dutch
• A bachelor’s or master’s level of working, ideally in IT, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or application management.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management).
