The Opportunity

A high-growth, exceptionally well-funded Series B AI enterprise transforming customer interactions into structured, actionable revenue intelligence is seeking a hands-on technical anchor. You will lead a high-performance "tiger team" in New York City, building agentic AI workflows that automate high-complexity sales processes.

The Role & Key Responsibilities

This is a highly technical, hands-on leadership role for a formidable individual contributor who will serve as the architectural anchor for the NYC hub. Your mandate includes owning the design and scaling of an AI agent platform driving high-throughput data pipelines, and tackling highly complex distributed systems challenges that automated coding tools cannot solve. Additionally, you will elevate a team of 7–8 engineers through rigorous PR reviews and world-class engineering standards, while owning and shipping major flagship, customer-facing AI agent features end-to-end.

The Ideal Profile

We value high-agency product engineering instincts over pure research. The right candidate brings proven experience building at scale within Conversational AI, Revenue Intelligence, or Enterprise SaaS, with platforms similar to Gong, Intercom, or Salesforce. We mandate a minimum of 3+ years at a single organization, showing you have lived with the long-term evolution of your own architectural decisions. You should also possess an AI-forward mindset, utilizing modern development tools like Cursor and Claude to multiply your daily productivity, alongside a proven track record of guiding junior engineers.

Technical Stack

Our core stack relies on Go, Temporal, AWS, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL. We expect deep production-scale expertise in distributed systems, high-throughput data orchestration, and robust API integrations.

Compensation & Location

We offer a base salary of $200,000 to $275,000 plus competitive equity, alongside comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, a daily lunch stipend, a learning budget, and flexible PTO. Please note that this is a strictly 5 days in-person role in our New York City office, which is a non-negotiable requirement.
