A strategic UX research agency based in Amsterdam is looking for a Medior User Researcher to join their diverse, interdisciplinary team. They work closely with household names across industries to shape products and services that genuinely meet user needs.

You’ll be setting up, executing, and presenting research that drives product strategy—translating user behaviours and feedback into actionable insights.

🧠 What they’re looking for:

• 2+ years of UX or user research experience
• Strong skills in qualitative + quantitative methods
• Confident in usability testing, interviews, surveys, contextual research, etc.
• Able to work independently and present findings clearly
• Fluent in both Dutch and English
