QA Lead

This job is for a hands-on QA Team Manager who will lead and transform a team of six testers.

The role requires a leader who can both manage people and perform technical tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and mentoring a team of 5
• Redesigning QA processes for better efficiency.
• Building and maintaining automated test frameworks (using tools like Selenium or Cypress).
• Conducting various types of testing, including manual, API, accessibility (WCAG), and security (OWASP) testing.
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth releases.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Extensive experience in both manual and automated QA.
• The ability to build automation frameworks from the ground up.
• Practical knowledge of security, accessibility, and API testing, and MySQL.
• Prior experience in managing or mentoring a small team.
• ISTQB Foundation and Advanced certifications are required.
