Sales Lead/Founding Account Executive

My client is a B2B SaaS scale-up using advanced data and analytics to help large organisations gain control over complex operational flows and turn them into clear cost savings, compliance, and sustainability wins- within the environmental space.

They have strong product–market fit, a well-defined ICP, proven ROI, and reference customers. Having scaled successfully in one market segment, they are now expanding into new industries and are hiring their first senior commercial hire to drive that growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close
• Build pipeline primarily through outbound, supported by marketing
• Sell into complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Turn data-heavy solutions into clear business cases and ROI
• Work closely with founders, marketing, and delivery teams
• Help define sales structure, tooling, and ways of working
• Play a key role in scaling the commercial function

Who you are:

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales with closing experience
• Strong hunter mindset, comfortable building your own pipeline
• Experience selling complex or data-driven solutions
• Confident with multi-stakeholder deals and longer sales cycles
• Interested in sustainability, efficiency, or impact-led products
• Ambition to grow into a commercial leadership role
• Native proficiency in Dutch.
