Senior Account Executive | SaaS | PropTech

Rotterdam €160K OTE (50/50) Permanent

On behalf of my client, a high-growth post Series A, B2B SaaS company in the PropTech space, I'm looking for a Senior Account Executive to own new business across the European real estate market, with a strong focus on DACH and the Nordics.


This is a true hunter, full-cycle SaaS AE role. You’ll be responsible for building your own pipeline, running complex enterprise sales cycles, and closing strategic deals with landlords, asset managers, and residential operators modernising how they run their portfolios.

About the client


Our client is a fast-scaling Series A / post-Series A SaaS business in PropTech, building the operating system for residential real estate.


Today, the platform is trusted across:

  • More than half a million end users.
  • 25+ countries across Europe
  • And scaling toward €10M ARR


AI is becoming increasingly embedded into both the product and GTM motion, used to enhance automation, insight generation, and scalability across the platform.


The role

You will own new logo acquisition within the European residential SaaS segment, taking full responsibility for pipeline creation and deal execution.


This is a high-autonomy, full-cycle SaaS sales role, with real ownership of territory and revenue. There will be a split between closing (around 40%), prospecting and pipeline creation (around 40%) and cross-functional collaboration (around 20%)- with teams in RevOps and marketing.


Key responsibilities

  • Own and close new SaaS business across mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Build and execute outbound-led pipeline strategies across your territory
  • Develop strong ROI-driven business cases tied to efficiency and tenant experience
  • Build presence within the European residential real estate ecosystem
  • Partner with Product and RevOps to feed market insight into GTM and roadmap


What we’re looking for

  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS new business / full-cycle Account Executive roles
  • Strong track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota
  • Experience managing complex, multi-threaded SaaS sales cycles
  • Proven hunter mentality with strong outbound capability
  • Experience in PropTech, real estate SaaS, or adjacent vertical SaaS (strong plus)
  • Fluent English and German
  • Based in or near Rotterdam (hybrid working, 3 days per week in office)
