AI/ML Engineer – Human Data & Feedback Systems

£600 per day  |  UK based - Hybrid & Remote

As an AI/ML Engineer, you’ll design and build systems that turn human feedback into powerful improvements for machine learning models. You’ll help develop the intelligence behind our platform—optimizing how tasks are routed, quality is monitored, and feedback is used to improve AI models. This role combines deep technical work with real-world impact in shaping how AI systems interact with people.

What You’ll Do

• Transform existing models into reliable, production-grade systems
• Design AI/ML tools to enhance human feedback collection and validation
• Build intelligent routing, quality control, and alignment systems
• Create scalable training and deployment pipelines
• Implement observability and monitoring tools for AI/ML performance
• Collaborate across engineering, research, and data science teams
• Drive best practices in AI infrastructure and development

What You’ll Bring

• Experience building and deploying AI/ML systems that solve real problems
• Strong Python and cloud infrastructure skills
• Familiarity with modern ML tools, LLMOps, or agent-based AI systems
• Solid software engineering fundamentals and clean coding practices
• Passion for making AI systems more human-aware and reliable
• Bonus: experience with human-in-the-loop workflows, synthetic data, or AI safety/alignment
