Business Development Executive

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our clients international team and help grow our client portfolio within the technology sector.

We are working with a Digital agency that combines PR with an integrated marketing approach to help startups, scale ups, and enterprise technology companies build global visibility.

As a Business Development Executive, you will identify new opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to onboarding. You will work closely with our marketing team to deliver tailored solutions that create measurable business impact.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, PR, communications, digital marketing, or technology environments

• Experience selling to founders, C-level executives, and marketing decision-makers

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing pipelines

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Consultative sales approach with the ability to understand client challenges and provide solutions

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar

• Strong research, prospecting, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment

Your Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and referrals

• Lead discovery calls and understand client goals and challenges

• Present tailored solutions and proposals

• Manage opportunities through the full sales process, from prospecting to closing

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience
