As Sales Manager, you’ll be the commercial cornerstone:

• Build the sales function from the ground up — structure, strategy, and execution.
• Shape the go-to-market approach and open doors with C-level decision makers.
• Lead and coach a growing sales team while working alongside consultants, designers, and developers to craft winning propositions.
• Drive the full cycle: from lead generation and pipeline management to closing impactful deals.
• Influence business development and portfolio direction, helping define where the company grows next.

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years’ B2B sales experience, ideally within financial services or digital transformation.
• A proven track record in opening doors, networking, and closing high-value deals.
• Experience leading or coaching others in a commercial setting.
• Strong strategic mindset — able to turn market shifts into opportunities.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
